Shipping

Free shipping for Spain and Portugal (excluding Canaries, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Customs costs or costs that are not directly related to the shipping shall be paid by the buyer.

Europe and the rest of Spain: 18 Euros

Rest of the world: 35 Euros.

Refunds

The first exchange or refund is free for orders of Spain and Portugal (excluding Canaries, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Changes or refunds are not allowed on orders shipped outside of Spain or on orders made to order from our Atelier. You can request it by sending an e-mail to pedidos@batanashop.com

Instalments

On orders over 60€ and if your credit card allows for instalment payments, the credit card terminal will offer you this possibility on your purchase.

You order can be divided up in to instalments over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Choose the option best suited for you.

This form of payment is subject to the terms and conditions of your debit or credit card.

The interest rate of this form of payment is the one that is applied by your bank in this type of purchases.

This type of payment is activated automatically by cards that have this option and exclusively to the cards adhered to: BBVA, La Caixa, Bankia, Banco Sabadell and Banco Cooperativo (previously known as Cajas Rurales).
