Delivery dates

Orders are prepared at the time that payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

Products ordered at BATANA online store are sent by urgent courier. The shipping times are:

5.1 BATANA undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user in the order form, within normal working hours.
